Orders placed by 1pm EST typically ship out of our warehouse the next business day and arrive within 5-7 business days post-shipment.

All pre-order items ship on an extended timeline as indicated on the product description page and your order confirmation.

All below expedited shipping rates will be calculated during checkout based on recipient’s address and the charge will be added to your order total.

USA Ground (2-4 days)

USA Next Day Air

Orders placed by 1pm EST typically ship out of our warehouse the same business day and arrive within the next business day post-shipment.

International Shipping Policy

International orders placed by 1pm EST typically ship out of our warehouse the next business day and arrive within 7-12 business days post-shipment.

Shipping rates will be added at checkout and the charge will be added to your order total.

We offer Flat Rate shipping on International orders as follows:

Canada: $65 flat rate shipping/handling fee

Portugal, Mexico, Germany, Netherlands, France, Ireland, Italy: $75 flat rate shipping/handling fee

*Please note, this does not include VAT or Customs Tax. Maer is not responsible for any VAT or Customs Tax that may occur upon delivery. Duties and taxes are the customer's repsonsibility.

You will be notified of your tracking number, via the email address associated with your order, once your order has shipped.

*Please note: National holidays are not considered business days. Please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping method.

Return
Policy

It is important to us that you find the style and size that works for you.

We offer USA Free Return Shipping (minus a $5.95 handling fee) for returns shipped back within 21 days of the date your order shipped that follow the below criteria.

Returns must:

1) Be a full price item. Sale items are not eligible for return

2) Be unworn and unaltered

3) Have all original tags attached

4) Include original packing list in the return shipment box

5) Be nicely folded in original packaging. (Thank you for taking the time and being respectful of our hard work!)

6) Be processed through our Return Portal. Simply visit our Return Portal to enter your return details and a prepaid shipping label will be generated. Please print, affix to your return box and drop off at your local shipment office. Return must be scanned by the courier within 21 days of the date your original order shipped.

* If any of the above criteria are not met, your return is out-of-policy. Out-of-policy returns will not receive a refund and we will ship the item back to you.

Items that may not be returned or exchanged at any time:

-Gift Cards;

-Sale items;

-Bodysuits - given the nature of this product we cannot accept returns.

Your return will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt to our warehouse. After your return has been processed and we have confirmed it meets our return criteria, your Refund will be issued, minus a $5.95 handling fee. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund based on your credit card or bank processing times.

Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. We will send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

International Return Policy

We accept returns shipped back within 21 days of the date your order shipped that follow the below criteria.
